  • What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

    Our couriers will send you an email or message on the day of delivery. If they attempt delivery and you are not at home, they will leave you a notice with details on how to proceed with the return or collection of your order. Generally our couriers retry the delivery up to three times before returning the package.

  • How do i return my order?

    Who, for any reason are not satisfied with the purchase, have a possibilities to return an order within 14 days from the date of the order. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, in the original packaging and without defects. The authenticity labels of the product must be attached with the intact plastic security seal. Returned items must be unused and with all original product labels attached.     In our Online Shop we accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, all debit cards, PayPal. You can also pay with PayPal Express. It is a quick and safe way to speed up payment as a guest and buy products online. Your data is already saved within the PayPal account, so you will only need to enter your email address and password to complete the purchase with maximum security.

    You can pay in cash upon delivery. You will have to have the exact money with you, the courier doesn’t have money for the rest.
